News: Canada’s Rental Vacancy Rate Decreases

The survey reveals that the major centres with the highest vacancy rates were: Windsor (9.4 per cent); Kelowna and Abbotsford (6.6 per cent); and Charlottetown (4.9 per cent). On a provincial basis, the highest vacancy rate was in Alberta (4.7 per cent). Continue reading →
