NEWS FROM "THE HOUSE TEAM"
More than 31 per cent of Canadian home buyers sought the advice of a mortgage broker
in 2006, up from 25 per cent last year, according to a survey by the Canadian Institute of
Mortgage Brokers and Lenders.
Mortgage brokers can offer valuable advice throughout the financing process as well as
provide access to mortgage options and services many home buyers don't even know
exist, choices that open the door for more people to become homeowners.
The Pollara survey is considered accurate within 2.3 percentage points, 19 times out 20.
